Everyone seems to love coffee and one of the latest crazes in coffee was the bulletproof coffee. I didn’t love that version but I did really like the idea of it, so I’ve been trying out my own versions until I came up with this recipe below.
I find coffee does dehydrate me normally, so I love the fact that this coffee is a bit better for me. The coconut oil moisturises my lips as I drink it, and adding fat to coffee apparently stops you getting so dehydrated, and makes you less grumpy in the mornings – Hurrah to that!

CBD Oil Coffee RecipeCourse: Healthy Recipes
1 jug Filter Coffee or 1 cup espresso
1 Tbsp Vegan Collagen or Grass fed for non vegans
1 teasp Xylitol
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut cream
- Whizz all the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes and enjoy!
You can drink it black if you prefer but I love creamier coffee! This vital proteins coffee creamer is so good too.
