Welcome to Natalie LOVES! Today I’m sharing my round-up of all my favourite wellbeing products. I love all products that help our wellbeing, and one of the best things about this year is how beauty, fashion, and lifestyle are all becoming more focused on wellbeing. From drinks that improve our wellbeing to supplements that support our gut health, I’m into trying and testing it all!
My Favourite Wellbeing Products
Royal Berkey Water Filter
If you’re looking for a water filter that you can rely on, you really can’t go wrong with the Royal Berkey Water Filter. This is not only a game-changer for anyone who loves the taste of bottled water but also for anyone who wants to reduce their plastic consumption. It’s so effective that it filters out chalk, chlorine, and bacteria while retaining all the goodness in water such as beneficial minerals like magnesium. The filter only needs to be changed every 11 years which makes it an affordable alternative to bottled water where the equivalent of 3 litres a day over 11 years would cost over £10,000! Best of all, the water tastes also tastes smooth and delicious – I promise you won’t stop drinking it! One of my best wellbeing products!
I’ve tried-and-tested a wide selection of exercise and yoga classes over the past year but one of my favourite finds is Yoga Download. This online yoga platform offers a whopping 1600 yoga classes, all available in the comfort of your own home. From Hatha and Vinyasa to Jivamukti, there is a yoga style to suit every yogi or yogini! And for those who want to practice meditation, there are a multitude of techniques and classes to choose from.
What sets this platform apart is the high quality of both the content and instructors – some of the best yoga teachers in the world – and the easy-to-follow structure of the classes. Another plus is that you can stream classes from the Yoga Download website or the App through your phone, laptop, TV, or tablet, wherever you are in the world! The cost of a subscription is also incredibly affordable – and the best news? I have a 50% discount coupon for you to enjoy the best yoga studios for just $60 for a year, and when you consider that most yoga classes cost around £18 per class, the saving and accessibility is something to celebrate!

Apparently spirulina is the most nutrient-dense food on the planet. There’s even evidence spirulina can help to prevent, or treat a number of conditions, including high cholesterol, diabetes, and cancer. Definitely a great choice for wellbeing products.
I have tried quite a few spirulina powders but I absolutely love this one by The Healthy Tree. Not only is it high in vitamin B12, magnesium, iron, calcium, but it’s completely vegan too. Unlike most powders I find it tastes very pleasant too, whereas some can be quite bitter. Normally, I have mine as a smoothie bowl in the mornings and it helps me start my day right! I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin and energy levels plus I’m not getting as much bloating too. The only caution is if you take anticoagulation medicine as it can interfere with this. If you’re looking for all the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar but without the downsides – the acidic taste and the fuss of trying to disguise the flavour – I’ve found the perfect solution! Just grab some Goli Gummies! Goli Gummies have all the benefits of traditional Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) packed into a yummy-tasting-gummy! Suitable for vegans, as well as being gelatin and gluten-free, Goli Gummies are packed with health-enhancing vitamin B9 and B12, superfood extracts, and ACV.
These Apple Cider Vinegar gummies have the apple cider vinegar that contains the ‘mother’ – the beneficial part of the AVC – which is rich in health-boosting bacteria, yeast, and protein. In addition to the ‘mother’, the gummies also contain superfood extracts including beetroot, pomegranate, and blackcurrant. Deliciously tasty – more like a fruit snack than a health supplement – all you need to get your daily dose of apple cider vinegar are two gummies a day. Easy!

Buddhify is a well-designed and easy to use app suitable for even those new to meditation. You can choose meditations from two minutes to 30, so they suit most people at any time. Choose a meditation based on categories so whatever you need in any particular moment. Whether that’s motivation, relaxation, waking up, taking a break in your workday, or just when you’re feeling particularly stressed. I also like the fact you pay one affordable payment upfront – apple £4.99 (android £2.99) and you’re good to go. With more than 80 tracks to try, there really is something to suit everyone.
