Welcome to Natalie Loves, a regular round-up of my favourite finds and best buys. Here are this month’s top health, beauty and wellbeing essentials, including the water filter that changed my life (and my bottled water consumption!), and my favourite multitasking facial balm that cleanses, exfoliates and moisturises in one. Enjoy!

OHMat Rahda PU Instant Strong Grip Yoga Mat
Through experience, I’ve learned that to get the full benefit of yoga, a comfortable, non-slip mat is must. OHMat Yoga Mats are super-comfy and anti-slip, as well as being beautifully designed by Dutch founder and yoga practitioner, Debbie. Ethically produced and vegan-friendly, I haven’t found a better mat to practice an activity that aligns mind, body and spirit.
Royal Berkey Water Filter
This Water Filter is a game changer for anyone who loves the taste of bottled water but is trying to reduce their plastic consumption. The Berkey Water Filter is so effective that it filters out chalk, chlorine and bacteria while retaining all the goodness in water such as beneficial minerals like magnesium. The filter only needs to be changed every 11 years which makes it an affordable alternative to bottled water where the equivalent of 3 litres a day over 11 years would cost over £10,000!The water tastes also tastes smooth and delicious – I promise you won’t stop drinking it!
Hayo’u Beauty Restorer
Forget Botox and fillers. I swear by my daily DIY Gua Sha facial. One of the most effective – and natural ways – to improve your skin, Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese therapy that is just as effective as facial rollers and micro-needling. Massaging your skin with this indispensable Jade skincare tool (also available in Rose Quartz) not only delivers anti-aging benefits, it also helps boost circulation, improve lymphatic drainage and relieve stress. A must-have for any beauty queen.
Weleda Skin Food Body Butter
Weleda’s much-loved Skin Food has been a well-kept secret amongst beauty editors and facialists for years! Now the range been extended and Weleda have introduced Skin Food Body Butter. Luxurious, comforting and hydrating, this Body Butter will keep your skin moisturised all year round. A little goes a long way, so it’s an affordable top-to-toe treat.
Frances Prescott Tri-Balm
This 3-in-1 product is genius – quite literally. A true multitasker, Tri-Balm not only removes make-up easily, it gently exfoliates and moisturises at the same time. Brilliantly portable, this ‘balm-in-a-stick’ is spill-proof and ideal for air travel, but still looks stylish on the bathroom shelf. An added bonus: the packaging is recyclable, and all the ingredients are sustainablly sourced and cruelty-free. What’s not to love?
Vitamix Professional 300 Blender
The Vitamix Blender is expensive, but boy, is it worth it! The machine makes the smoothest of smoothies in the blink of an eye. Not only that, you can make soups in 5 minutes flat, and ice cream in one minute! I use my Vitamix every single day without fail, so it’s definitely an investment that has paid off.
