Looking to try Modere Liquid Biocell Collagen? Hopefully, my review will help you make up your mind! Did you know that collagen is an essential part of our skin, bones, tendons, and ligaments and that it’s the most abundant protein in the body? However, as we age, collagen production slows down and becomes depleted which is why we can often develop dry skin, wrinkles and skin sagging, aching joints, and in some cases, weakened bones.
As I have suffered from joint and back pain for a while, and also noticed that recently my skin is drier, more lined, and less firm, I decided that it was time to invest in a collagen supplement. But which one to choose? There are literally hundreds out there! Regulars to my blog Does It Work will know that I always road test everything that I feature, and collagen supplements are no exception!
In my search to find a collagen supplement that really works, I have tried and tested over 20 different types, from powders to coffee creamers! But to be perfectly honest, I wasn’t overly impressed, although a couple of products did slightly reduce my joint pain. Luckily, a doctor that I follow on Instagram happened to mention Modere, a liquid collagen supplement that he recommends to all his patients to help speed up healing and promote wellbeing. Modere Liquid BioCell has 7 US patents and people are raving about it on their Facebook page.
What I like about Modere Biocell
Modere Biocell is a blend of liquid collagen and hyaluronic acid and this powerful combination of ingredients makes for a potent supplement that gives better results than taking collagen on its own.
And that’s not all. Liquid collagen is also absorbed by our bodies 98% better than any other form of collagen.
But don’t just take my word for it! Dr. M. Grazer, M.P.H., F.A.C.S. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Assistant Clinical Professor Department of Plastic Surgery, University of California, Irvine recommends Modere. “Liquid BioCell is clinically shown to increase Hyaluronic Acid in the body by 6000%. This translates to a decrease in wrinkles from the inside out. Liquid BioCell helps bring tone, elasticity, and moisture back to the skin, and even goes an important step further – it helps reduce the enzyme that can make your skin age.”
Other experts are equally impressed. “Joint discomfort is a result of progressive degeneration of connective tissue where both collagen and hyaluronic acid are essential,” says Louis P. Brady, M.D. Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. “Unlike anything else, Liquid BioCell allows you to replenish these important substances orally in a patented, highly absorbable form, and it’s been clinically shown to work. Liquid BioCell reduces joint discomfort, increases the range of motion, and restores mobility. It’s the most remarkable nutraceutical for joint support and healthy aging that has ever been introduced to the market.”
Is it safe and supported by science?
Not only has Modere’s Liquid BioCell been safely and successfully used by millions of consumers since its introduction, but there are also numerous clinical studies to support its safety, bioavailability, and effectiveness. It has also been granted US and international patents for being ‘unique and highly useful.’
Which Collagen is right for you?
There are four different formulas to choose from in the US, and 3 available in the UK. You can stick to one formula or mix and match, depending on your needs. Each formula contains the patented Collagen/HA Matrix ingredient which provides all the benefits mentioned above.
The perfect skin-enhancer, this supplement feeds the skin with age-defying ceramides which prevent and reduce wrinkles from the inside by increasing the skin’s collagen content. It also helps to improve your skin’s hydration, firmness, and elasticity and reduces hyaluronidase, the enzyme linked to skin aging. This is my favourite Modere formula, and I was delighted with how quickly I saw and the felt results. (Contact me here if you would like me to add you to Modere’s Facebook page to see lots more real results).
Pure is sugar-free, has less than 5 calories per serving, and has zero carbs. It helps improve the skin’s hydration, firmness, and elasticity while reducing hyaluronidase, an enzyme that is linked to skin aging.
This is the only one I haven’t tried as it’s currently only available in the US – but I wish I could try it as it seems to be a great all-rounder! With the addition of 13 potent phytonutrient-rich superfoods and resveratrol infused into a unique liquid delivery system, it provides fast absorption and results.
This is a great option for men, anyone who lives a very active life, and athletes. It includes BCAAs, which are essential amino acids that our bodies can’t produce and must be obtained through food. It will help fuel your physical and mental performance.
How much liquid biocell should you take?
The recommended dose is 1 tablespoon of Modere biocell twice a day, so you will need 2 bottles per month. For optimum results, it’s best to take it for 90 days but visible changes can be seen and felt from around 4-6 weeks and onwards.
My Results Using Skin
Being in lockdown, I felt awful! I had put on weight and my skin felt so dehydrated and dry, which is the main reason that I invested in Modere Skin. And I’m delighted to report that I literally saw positive results within a few days! My skin looked plumper and felt more hydrated, and over time, I noticed that my dodgy hip joints felt amazingly better. My skin really feels glowing and I feel so much more confident. I turn 54 in August and I think that’s a really difficult time for women, hormonally and personally so I really feel this product has given me some kind of hope for the future, and that everything is not going to go south!
I was so impressed with this formulation that I decided to give the Modere Trim Collagen a try, especially as I know that so many of my readers would be interested.
A healthier way to trim down
Modere Trim is not only a source of collagen, it’s a weight management product too. With multi-patented, award-winning Collagen/HA Matrix Technology, Modere Trim replenishes collagen and hyaluronic acid levels in a highly absorbable form, restoring youthful skin and supporting joint and muscle fitness. By taking one tablespoon daily, the supplement claims to accelerate fat reduction, improve muscle tone, and firm and tone skin. It also contains a blend of ingredients and flavours including chocolate!
According to the manufacturers, Modere Trim is a weight management product that helps to remove fat while supporting firm muscles. Trim contains plant-derived conjugated linoleic acid or CLA. CLA has been clinically shown to decrease body fat when used as part of a healthy diet and exercise program. For that reason, Trim may accelerate fat reduction, inhibit cellular fat absorption, reduce fat cell size and reduce fat cell formation Other ingredients help improve skin by reducing lines, wrinkles, cellulite, and other aging signs.
Normally, I eat a very healthy diet and workout most days – low impact or yoga – but over lockdown, I was sitting around more, so put on over 7lbs. I decided not to change anything in my diet or workouts to really put Trim to the test. All I can say is that I was absolutely amazed! The fat around my stomach started disappearing within a few weeks and this picture was taken just over 6 weeks after taking Trim. I also love the fact that as you are losing weight, the Collagen is working on the skin’s elasticity – that’s a genius idea! I literally cannot live without my Modere products now and have now just invested in the cell-proof range!
Overall, I’m so happy with these collagen supplements, which is why I decided to write this post as I know many women like me are looking for the right products to help them with anti-aging and weight loss issues. I was taking 1 tablespoon of Trim in the morning and 1 tablespoon of Pure in the evening. Once my Trim finished, and I was happy with my weight loss, I continued taking Skin again.
What are the Cons?
They are expensive, however, to find a collagen that worked I spent hundreds of pounds trying bovine, marine, and vegan powders and supplements, and I did not get results until I tried these ones. Hopefully, my research saves you money trying different ones! The products contain Stevia, a natural sweetener. I’m not a fan of Stevia as it can cause such as bloating, nausea, and gas. The products are also not vegan-friendly as they contain sternal cartilage extract derived from animal sources (chicken). Trim contains CLA, which can be associated with side effects such as nausea, fatigue, and an upset stomach.
