Ingredients

  • 13 medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup almonds roasted
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 orange juiced

Instructions

  1. 1.Orange Cacao Bliss Balls

    2.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees F 82.2 degrees C. Line a baking tray with paper

    3.Add almonds to baking tray and toast toast for 4 minutes

    4.Remove pit from dates and discard

    5.Add almonds to a food processor and blitz to combine

    6.Add dates and blitz again

    7.Cut orange in 1/2. Juice one half and slice the juiced half and rind into pieces (use orange juice for other purpose)

    8.Add dates and blitz again

    9.Pour in 1/2 coconut oil and blitz

    10.Add tahini and blitz

    11.Add cacao and blitz

    12.Add remaining coconut oil and blitz

    13.Roll into balls

    14.Coat with cacao powder (optional)
